Information we hold

PressCircle stores your email address, publication profiles, verification records, connection activity, private messages, moderation reports, and membership status so the service can operate.

How it is used

We use this information only to authenticate you, verify publication ownership, provide matching and communications, prevent abuse, administer membership, and maintain service reliability.

What we do not do

We do not sell member data, run advertising profiles, or expose private messages to other members. Administrative access is restricted to legitimate safety and support work and is audit logged.

Retention and requests

Operational records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, safety, accounting, or legal obligations. Contact hello@presscircle.co to request access, correction, export, or deletion.
